This policy explains what information Pavoflow AI collects, how it is used, how payments and AI providers are handled, and how users can contact us.
We collect information you provide when registering or using Pavoflow AI, such as your email address, nickname, account settings, prompts, uploaded assets, generated images or videos, and support messages.
We also collect service and transaction information needed to operate and secure the service, including login and device information, feature usage, credit consumption, order status, payment amount, currency, and payment-provider reference identifiers.
We use information to provide and improve the service, process and verify payments, manage subscriptions and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, send service notices, and maintain security and reliability.
Payments may be processed by trusted third-party payment providers, including PayPal after merchant approval. These providers process payment credentials and transaction data under their own privacy and security terms.
Pavoflow receives the transaction information needed to confirm an order, such as order identifier, payment status, amount, currency, and limited payer information. Pavoflow does not store full card numbers or bank-account credentials.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account and service data. Generated content is private by default unless you choose to share or publish it.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain billing and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type and applicable law.
We use necessary cookies and local storage to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, and provide core functionality. We may also use limited analytics or security technologies to improve reliability and prevent abuse.
We may use third-party AI model providers, cloud hosting, object storage, analytics, email delivery, and payment services. Prompts and selected assets may be sent to an AI provider to generate the requested result.
Because these providers may operate in different countries or regions, information may be processed outside the user’s location. We use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding their personal information. Users may also manage account information, generated content, and renewal settings through the service.
Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
The extension helps users fill selected Pavoflow product titles, images, and videos into a seller center page where the user is already signed in. It does not click final publish, submit, or listing confirmation buttons and does not send seller-center page content back to Pavoflow.

The extension runs only on the seller-center domains required to fill the user-selected listing: Pinduoduo, Taobao, JD, TEMU, 1688, Shopee, and the Pavoflow image-storage domain.
Only approved Pavoflow production pages may invoke the extension through chrome.runtime.sendMessage.
Messages from the website contain only the selected product title and description, selected image or video URLs, and a fill-record identifier. They do not contain account passwords, API keys, login tokens, or seller-center credentials.
Results returned to Pavoflow contain the fill-record identifier, step success or failure status, and failed field names without returning seller-center page content.
The extension writes user-approved content into the seller-center form. It does not read or return store data, product data, orders, customer data, browsing history, or cookies.
The extension may click ordinary “next” or “continue” navigation controls to help the user complete the form. It never performs the final publish, submit, or listing action, which remains under the user's control.
The extension does not collect, sell, or share store information, product information, orders, customer data, browsing history, cookies, login credentials, or seller-center activity records.
