Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and activity

You may not use Pavoflow to create, upload, process, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.

• Content that violates laws, regulations, sanctions, or platform rules
• Hate, harassment, threats, violence, terrorism, or self-harm promotion
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual exploitation
• Malware, phishing, fraud, spam, pyramid schemes, or deceptive financial promotions
• Impersonation, deepfakes, false endorsements, or misleading claims about a person or product
• Infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights

2. Intellectual property and watermarks

You must own or have permission to use every image, video, logo, voice, text, and other material you upload. You are responsible for the outputs you publish or use commercially.

Pavoflow tools may be used to edit your own or licensed material. They may not be used to remove, obscure, or bypass another party's copyright notice, watermark, signature, trademark, or rights-management information.

3. AI-generated content and user responsibility

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unintended similarities. You must review outputs before publishing them and verify product details, claims, facts, and rights clearance.

You are responsible for complying with the rules of the platforms where you publish content, including advertising, disclosure, and AI-generated content rules.

4. Reporting and enforcement

To report prohibited content or a rights violation, contact [email protected] with the relevant account, URL or content identifier, a description of the issue, and supporting evidence.

We may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate access to content or accounts that violate this policy. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law.
